The individual professional members of the team of Kazarians & Associates, Inc. are uniquely qualified in their fields of expertise.  The members of our team are well recognized by their peers for their contributions to the engineering and safety fields.  The key members of the Kazarians & Associates, Inc. team include:

Mardy Kazarians, Ph.D. - A recognized expert in risk assessment, safety evaluation, and risk management program development.

Aaron Huberman – A mechanical engineer by training, Mr. Huberman conducts process hazard analyses, offsite consequence analyses, standard operating procedures development, risk management plan development, and safety program development and implementation. 

Steven M. Menkus – A chemical engineer with petroleum industry and regulatory experience, is an expert in safety and environmental auditing and safety program development.

Robert L. Deshotels, P.E. – A chemical engineer with over 30 years experience in engineering design, troubleshooting, and safety analysis.
