Experience Base – Safety Program Audit:

Kazarians & Associates, Inc. has conducted safety program audits of a wide range of facilities addressing all safety regulations. The following is a sampling of audit projects conducted by our project team members:

• For the last four years, Kazarians & Associates, Inc. has been invited annually to audit the implementation of the Process Safety Management, and Risk Management Plans at a major water utility in Southern California.
• Kazarians & Associates, Inc. conducted a wall-to-wall audit of a tuna fish processing and canning facility for compliance with all Federal and State OSHA regulations.
• Kazarians & Associates, Inc. has conducted the triennial compliance audit of potable water facilities, wastewater treatment plants, food processing plants, petroleum refineries and chemical manufacturing plants.
• Assisted the corporate team in conducting an internally scheduled PSM and RMP audit of a major oil refinery in Southern California.
• Conducted a baseline safety audit of an explosives processing and manufacturing facility.
• Audited all sites of a chemical manufacturing and distribution company for compliance with PSM and RMP regulations. Recommended changes were tailored to match specific conditions of each facility.
